Karma - derived from the Sanskrit root verb kri,  means "to act, do, or make." 

Groove -a natural rhythm, to interact harmoniously

What is Karma Groove:

Developed by philosopher, dancer, and artist, K.Go.  Karma Groove is about authenticity, self expression, and one's deep respect and love for the divine in everyone and in everything. 

Karma Groove is a non-traditional approach to Hip Hop style dance and movement.  It is an exploration of freestyle dance and choreography.

K.Go inspires her friends and students to dance, move, and smile.  Dance is about celebration, release, an expression of one's connection with the divine.

The peaceful and sometimes intense moving through individual karma and finding freedom within.
