Expressive Movement:

Freestyle, improvisation, and authentic movement.  Through fun and engaging dialogue, dance exercises,
and Yoga, we can explore together this notion of self, emotional blocks, and reintegration with the spirit
and the body.  
Hip Hop:

Have you ever wanted to learn how to move like Justin Timberlake, Usher, or mimic some of the dance
styles you see on MTV?  In a fun, relaxed, self-directed type of dance class environment, you will learn the
basics of Hip Hop movement combined with simple breaking, popping, and locking techniques.  The
focus is on self-exploration through dance and improvisation with basic routine choreography that you can
practice.  If you love to dance and seek a caring, charismatic teacher to guide you through this style, I am
here for you.  
Yoga:

The word "Yoga" in Sanskrit literally means, "to yoke" or "to unite."  In Yoga, through movement and Asana
(postures), the intention is to sense our unity with the Supreme Being.  Yoga is an ancient Indian discipline
that dates back more than 5000 years.  In my practice, the focus is on breathing, simple and fluid
movement, and sustained postures to develop flexibility, endurance, and strength.  Emphasis is placed on
relaxation, connecting with the breath, and meditation.
